How it works, step by step
- Host a table. Open the Live Table tab, set the starting stack, small/big blinds, and what a stack is worth. Share the 6-character code.
- Everyone joins by entering that code on their own phone.
- Deal real cards. The host taps Deal; blinds post and the turn moves around the table.
- Act from your phone — Fold, Check, Call, Raise or All-in — when it's your go. Side pots are calculated automatically.
- Finish and settle. Final stacks flow into the ledger, which returns the fewest payments to square everyone up.
FAQ
Can I really play poker with no chips?
Yes. Each player's phone shows their stack and the action; you play the actual hand with real cards while the app is the chip tracker and dealer's bank.
Do all players need the app?
Everyone at the table joins the shared table from their own phone using the host's code. It works in any phone browser or the Android app — no app store needed on the web.
Does it handle blinds and side pots?
Yes. Poker Ledger posts blinds, enforces minimum raises, and builds layered side pots when players are all-in for different amounts.
Is it real-money gambling?
No. Poker Ledger is a score-keeper for friendly home games — it tracks chips and settles up, but never processes wagers.
